1 General Terms and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between ik33 ("we", "platform", "company") and the user ("you", "member", "player"). By using the ik33 website and application, you fully agree to these terms.

Key Definitions

• "Platform" — ik33's website, mobile site, and any related digital services.
• "Account" — the personal profile created by a user through registration.
• "Balance" — the amount of real money or bonus funds held in an account.

2 Eligibility and Registration

Meeting the following eligibility requirements is mandatory to use the ik33 platform. If these conditions are not met, creating an account or using the service is strictly prohibited.

Age Requirement

To open an account on ik33 and participate in any betting or gaming activity, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Any use of this platform by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited. "For persons aged 21 and above only."

Registration Terms

• Each individual may create only one account — creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or banking details is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Providing false information will result in immediate account termination and the balance may be forfeited.
• Opening an account in the name of a corporate entity or company is not permitted.
• Accounts are for personal use only — operating an account on behalf of a third party is not allowed.

Identity Verification (KYC)

ik33 reserves the right to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals. This may require a photo of a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be limited until KYC is completed.

3 Account Management

Ensuring the security of your ik33 account is entirely your responsibility. You are responsible for all activities that occur on your account.

Password and Security

• Use a strong password — a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Never share your login details with any third party.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.
• Always ensure you log out after using a public or shared device.

Updating Account Information

If any of your personal details change after registration — particularly contact information or payment methods — please notify our support team immediately. ik33 will not be held responsible for transaction delays caused by outdated information.

Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as "inactive" if there has been no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts, and users will be notified by email before it takes effect.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ik33 are conducted through a fully secure and encrypted process. The following terms apply to all financial transactions.

Accepted Payment Methods

ik33 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Only transactions from an account registered in your own name are permitted.

Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 — for each method.
• The maximum deposit limit is determined by the account's verification level.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted — in such cases the funds will be returned and the account may be subject to investigation.

Withdrawal Limits and Timeframes

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing is completed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests will only be sent to the same method used for the deposit — this is mandatory to prevent money laundering.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if KYC verification has not been completed or if there is any suspicious activity.

Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails due to a technical error or payment gateway issue, please notify our support team immediately with the transaction details. ik33 will attempt to resolve the matter but is not directly responsible for technical failures on the part of third-party providers.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ik33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, and compliance with them is mandatory.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of 25 times (25x) the total bonus amount must be met.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible once the wagering requirement has been met.
• A bonus offer can be claimed only once per user, device, household, or address.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, ik33 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and any winnings associated with it.
• VIP cashback and other supplementary bonus terms apply separately.
• ik33 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.

VIP Cashback Program

ik33 has five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback rates increase as you move to higher tiers — starting from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze and reaching up to 0.8% at the Diamond tier. ik33's decision is final in determining VIP tier status.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on ik33 are governed by the following rules. These rules are strictly enforced to ensure a fair and transparent gaming environment.

Gaming Services

• ik33 offers various gaming categories including slots, live casino, fishing games, and cricket betting.
• Each game has its own payout structure and rules — please read them before launching a game.
• Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fairness.

Bet Cancellation and Review

ik33 reserves the right to cancel or review any bet in the event of a technical error, feed disruption, or any other abnormal circumstance. In such cases, the original bet amount will be returned to the account.

Sports Betting

• Live betting markets are subject to change — odds may change before a bet is confirmed.
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the bet will be voided and the original funds returned.
• Official match results apply to all sports betting including cricket, football, and kabaddi.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ik33 platform. Violating these rules may result in account termination as well as legal action.

• Abusing bonuses or circumventing the bonus system through multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.
• Hacking the platform's software, using bots, or playing through any automated method.
• Unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Registering under a false identity or providing fraudulent information.
• Colluding in betting or participating in any activity connected to match-fixing.
• Copying, distributing, or misusing ik33's intellectual property.
• Engaging in offensive, racist, or harassing behaviour on the platform.

8 Intellectual Property and Privacy

All content on the ik33 website — logos, designs, software, text, graphics — is the intellectual property of ik33. Reproducing, distributing, or using any content for commercial purposes without permission is strictly prohibited.

9 Limitation of Liability

ik33 provides its services as an entertainment platform. ik33's liability is limited in the following areas:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical failures on the part of third parties.
• Unforeseen natural disasters, cyberattacks, or any other "force majeure" situation.
• Damage to an account caused by the user's own negligence or security failure.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ik33 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages.

10 Account Closure and Termination

A user may request the closure of their own account at any time. Equally, ik33 may suspend or terminate an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Fraud, bonus abuse, or any other dishonest behavior.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious financial activity or concerns about money laundering.

After account termination

If there is a valid balance and no rules have been violated, the available balance at the time of account termination will be refunded. However, if the account is terminated due to a breach of terms, bonus balances and winnings may be forfeited.

11 Responsible Gaming
